We had a challenging AC leak issue on a relatively new system that was very frustrating and costly. We would pay several hundred dollars to fill up the refrigerant, two different techs would poke around and say they didn’t find a leak and say it’s fine. Then less than a month later we would be down the pounds again and cost us money to refill.

We asked Mauzy send their best guy out to resolve this once and for all so they sent Mike Mittman. Super nice, friendly guy. Very understanding of our frustration. Took him an hour or so to pin point the leak, showed us the leak, demonstrated to us the leaking sound and repaired it, refilled the refrigerant!

I have a contract to check systems yearly so there wasn’t a charge for the visit. Having the contract makes sure I don’t skip a year a two as has happened in the past!
