I had an awesome experience with Wilber from Mauzy! He was on time, super professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my plumbing issue. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. I have had two services done with Mauzy, both times I had exceptional customer service. Both service calls I was lucky enough to get helped by Wilber. Wilber was a very respectable and attentive young man. He listened to a my concerns and kept exceptional customer service. It’s hard to get good customer service nowadays but Wilber provide that and is a great representation of what Great Customer service at Mauzy is. Michael was the Electrician, He showed up on time with a great attitude and willingness to resolve whatever electrical problems we had in our Condo.. He repaired a bunch of outlets that stopped working and installed a new EV power outlet that works awesome for charging my vehicle. Overall Great experience and highly recommend Mauzy Electrical ..

We had a challenging AC leak issue on a relatively new system that was very frustrating and costly. We would pay several hundred dollars to fill up the refrigerant, two different techs would poke around and say they didn’t find a leak and say it’s fine. Then less than a month later we would be down the pounds again and cost us money to refill. We asked Mauzy send their best guy out to resolve this once and for all so they sent Mike Mittman. Super nice, friendly guy. Very understanding of our frustration. Took him an hour or so to pin point the leak, showed us the leak, demonstrated to us the leaking sound and repaired it, refilled the refrigerant! Thank you so much Mike!

Mac Donalson the electrician from Mauzy (A/C, heating, air, electrical and plumbing) , gave excellent customer service. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and truly cared about our home. He was from and gave service with a smile, a true blessing. He gave recommendations and did not try to sell us, but instead help us with preventive solutions to make our home safer. My technician Kory, was great. He was very thorough, nice and helpful. Explained everything really well he took pictures and showed me the problem areas. The maintenance price is reasonable. Repair prices are on the high end but that is separate from the services received.

Corey came out for my annual heater system check up and was thorough and very nice and left everything nice and clean. It was an equally positive experience when he did the ac check up in Spring. I have a contract to check systems yearly so there wasn’t a charge for the visit. Having the contract makes sure I don’t skip a year a two as has happened in the past!

With very rapid response Mac Donaldson helped us with 5 malfunctioning smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. As is always when Mac helps us with repair or project estimates, he is prompt, courteous, skilled and gives clients confidence in the work. We are long term clients because of Mac. Jeff and Marsha
