This company is amazing!!!!! I called after talking to 4 other companies, they were able to come the same day to give me a quote! Nick the salesman was so kind, he talked me through everything, explained it so I could understand (I know nothing about HVAC). They were so quick with getting my installation appointment, reminded me multiple times about my appointment, while installing the men were so professional, easy to talk too, very kind and make the entire experience easy and painless!The installation was done in one day, and within 20 minutes of them finishing the installment the temp of my house (was at 88, was down to 81) the men who installed were personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will 100% recommend this company and am completely satisfied with the company, their sales people, the office, and installers. This is a huge purchase and they made me feel completely confident with my purchase, and the warranty cannot be beat. Again 5 stars, 100% satisfied, and will definitely recommend!

A first-time Mauzy customer, we scheduled a multi AC service/tune-up and repair. Cory Alder arrived and assisted us with our service. He was professional, honest and thorough. Fearing the worst, but hoping for the best when it comes to AC repairs, he troubleshooted the issue and isolated the repair quickly. The outcome was very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I was very impressed with my first experience with Mauzy and plan to use them going forward for my HVAC needs. In fact, I just scheduled an appointment for a potential whole-house window replacement given my experience. Well done, Mauzy team.

We were so happy with the work from Mauzy. The company kept us informed every step of the way. We needed new ducting, an AC unite and a new thermostat. The two men that installed worked very efficiently and were very thorough. The thermostat needed a technician the following day and he was able to fix the problem. Great experience and I will use them for all of the maintenance on the unit.
