A first-time Mauzy customer, we scheduled a multi AC service/tune-up and repair. Cory Alder arrived and assisted us with our service. He was professional, honest and thorough. Fearing the worst, but hoping for the best when it comes to AC repairs, he troubleshooted the issue and isolated the repair quickly. The outcome was very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I was very impressed with my first experience with Mauzy and plan to use them going forward for my HVAC needs. We were so happy with the work from Mauzy. The company kept us informed every step of the way. We needed new ducting, an AC unite and a new thermostat. The two men that installed worked very efficiently and were very thorough. The thermostat needed a technician the following day and he was able to fix the problem. Great experience and I will use them for all of the maintenance on the unit.

Great experience using Mauzy. Trevor came out and gave us a bid to replace our old system that had died. They were very quick and responsive and professional. The three technician’s sorry I cant remember their names but the were all great and need props for a job well done. They came out and installed the system were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. We would recommend this company to get a fair and honest bid.
